- Standard Warranty Coverage: All Apple products purchased from iCenter are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty, which includes:
- 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (starting from the activation and/or purchase date). This includes replacement of defective parts, not the entire unit.
- For iPhone and MacBook, only the defective part is replaced (not the entire unit).
- For other products such as iPad, the entire unit is replaced if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- 90-day warranty on parts replaced by iCenter service centers. This warranty is honored at any Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) globally, including iCenter service centers.
- Two-Year Warranty Policy by iCenter: As part of our commitment to excellence, iCenter provides an additional second year of warranty coverage at no extra cost on eligible devices, e.g. all iPhone models, purchased directly from iCenter. This includes the same Apple limited warranty. The second year is covered locally by iCenter and not by Apple Inc.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (including liquid exposure, drops, cracks, etc.).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. batteries with more than 80% health, scratches, or light dents).
- Lost or stolen devices.
- Software-related issues, unless caused by a verified hardware fault.
- Service Process & Requirements: To request service:
- Bring your device to any iCenter service center.
- Provide the original purchase receipt or invoice.
- Device serial number must match our registered records.
- Turn off “Find My Device” (FMD) before service.
- Only iCenter service technicians will determine the required service, which may include replacement of defective parts only (not the full device unless applicable).
- Diagnosis and repair may take less than 1 day or up to 7 working days or more, depending on parts availability.
- Data Responsibility: Customers must back up all data before submitting a device for service. iCenter is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Out-of-Warranty Service: If your product is no longer covered by warranty (including the second-year extension), iCenter offers paid out-of-warranty repairs using genuine Apple parts. A cost estimate will be provided in advance.
- Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Apple and iCenter shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss resulting from warranty-related service.
- Governing Law: This warranty agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Apple’s Limited Warranty is subject to its global terms, available at: apple.com/legal/warranty
