By handing over your device, you hereby acknowledge that you are submitting your device without any internal or external testing or diagnosis, and the fault is not confirmed at this stage. The testing and diagnosis process will require some time. Our service technicians will perform these tests to determine the repair strategy and identify any parts that need replacement.

Note: The devices are received, transported, and stored in special packages to ensure that the device is not exposed to any external influences or damage once it is in our possession. It is essential that you thoroughly inspect the device’s external appearance when handing it over to us to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes after the device is returned to you. iCenter reserves the right not to be held accountable if you notice any damage after receiving the device.
